Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best delivery options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers around Australia, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 12 hours after the order is placed, custom orders, pre-orders or special indent orders will take longer and outlined on each product page.

Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be delivered from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take up to 12 hours to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Covid-19 Delivery Delays: We expect some delivery delays which are out of our control, and will not be liable for these delays, however we will assist as much as possible to inform you and liaise with our couriers.

Insurance: Orders are not insured unless requested on the PO or in writing. All orders become the customer’s property upon factory’s delivery to carrier. Customers should file claims with carrier for any delayed, lost or damaged shipments.

The factory will be happy to assist with this process, but the customer must initiate this process within 7 days of shipment. Delays caused by a carrier are not the responsibility of the factory and no refunds, credits or returns will be given to customer due to carrier issues.
